China Key System & Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (CKS) is a Chinese technology company headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu province. Being a subsidiary of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, CKS mainly designs, develops and manufactures reliableICs and electronics.CKS was founded in 2008, witha registered capital of 500 million yuan.
